The convection oven also cooks food about thirty percent faster so it is great for quick meals.

Additionally there is a main oven as well which is like any old oven. It is very large and can accommodate a lot of food, which is especially good for our large Thanksgiving dinners. Another plus for Thanksgiving is that it includes a setting for "Perfect Turkey" and it actually stops cooking when the popper comes out almost simultaneously.

This range saves electrical power because when it is not used it goes into sleep mode, so it actually lowered my electric bill. The range is so elegant looking; it does not look out of place in my kitchen. The broiler works exactly like a grill and we actually got rid of our grill as we had no use for it any further. The broiler made food exactly like our two thousand dollar grill.

Some advantages to electric stoves on the whole are that water actually boils faster than a gas range. Also, the stove distributes heat so well that you do not have to shuffle your food around the oven to brown both sides evenly. It makes cooking so uncomplicated, even my husband can't mess up our dinner with this stove. And finally, sauces are also simmered more steadily because the electricity is evenly distributed.

The oven down below is very roomy and holds around six cubic feet so it can hold a large quantity of food just as any typical oven. Another key quality is that I can preset different meals and temperatures so that I just hit the button and it cooks that meal automatically. The surface top is so easy to maintain. It used to take so long to clean my previous stove, the grates were so tough to clean, but this doesn't have grates, so you can just wipe the surface top of the stove.

So just to summarize, this has been the best electric kitchen range I have had and used. It is a bit expensive at twenty six hundred dollars, but it pays for itself. It is so easy to use, anyone can use it. It is so far beyond the current electric ranges out there that makes it a must have for cooking.
